{"id":1845,"date":"2021-02-06T18:56:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-06T17:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sctinformatica.it\/cam-per-foratrice\/"},"modified":"2021-06-03T19:15:42","modified_gmt":"2021-06-03T17:15:42","slug":"cam-for-drilling-machine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sctinformatica.it\/en\/cam-for-drilling-machine\/","title":{"rendered":"Cam for drilling machine"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"title-text-section\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-12\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Developed and released the customized Cam Software for upright drilling machine capable of converting the previous technical data to adapt them to the new format envisaged and setting up a function with an interactive interface to automatically describe and build the new commands and work instructions on the uprights .<br \/>\nThe software provides the following functions:<br \/>\n&#8211; New File \/ Opening \/ Saving files in .CSV format for the machine.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inserting \/ Viewing \/ Editing of the piece data<br \/>\n&#8211; Sending files to the machine with FTP protocol<br \/>\n&#8211; Data recovery points directly from the machine<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the software is to describe the positions of the HOLES on the 4 faces for each piece.<br \/>\nThe data that define an operation are:<br \/>\n&#8211; Section, Thickness, Length, Foot of the Piece<br \/>\n&#8211; Face (A, B, C, D)<br \/>\n&#8211; Diameter with dimension (X, Y). X = progressive along the length with respect to zero at the bottom left on the foot of the piece and Y = position with respect to the axis of the face of the upright.<br \/>\n&#8211; Drill and Carriage associated with drilling<\/p>\n<p>Checks during data entry:<br \/>\n&#8211; The measurement of the progressive X cannot exceed the length of the piece taking into account a MINIMUM CLAMP value.<br \/>\n&#8211; The hole must be within the dimensions of the sides of the upright taking into account the maximum TRUSCHINO.<br \/>\n&#8211; The holes must not overlap by checking the MINIMUM PITCH between the holes<br \/>\n&#8211; The maximum number of holes per side foreseen by the interchange file is 25.<br \/>\n&#8211; Each carriage \/ tip cannot be associated with different diameters.<\/p>\n<p>.Csv file derivation<br \/>\n&#8211; The SAVE button creates a .csv file with the same name as the job, containing the machine instructions and saved in a temporary folder.<br \/>\n&#8211; The file is sent to the machine via the FTP protocol<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Developed and released the
