The Nesting 1D software allows you to optimize the use and the necessary requirements of glulam beams, pipes, angles, etc., of one or more production batches. The aim is pursued by optimizing the available material and minimizing cutting waste. To this end, the program is also able to exploit any pieces available in stock. The program can be integrated into the technical system by retrieving the data to be processed from the customer’s orders. At the end of processing, the software creates the material cutting list and the list of beams / bars / tubes needed to satisfy the order launched.
