The program prepares an optimized list of trucks / containers for each shipment with the details of the packages for each truck / container.
Operationally, the program asks for input :
The packing list in Excel format or otherwise to select the packages to be shipped from the software in use. The user can:
- Select the orders and packages to be shipped and the possible rotation
- Assign priority.
- Indicate the construction site, the date of shipment
- Select the available vehicle type with the size of the load compartment from a list
Operational Phase :
Upon confirmation, the program starts the nesting processing which carries out all the load tests in order to obtain the best result
Determines the following Output results :
- Summary for checking the editable loading list (packing list) of the selected packages with dimensions / weight for shipping and sorted by order and priority
- the LIST of packages for trucks and the GRAPHIC DISPLAY of the arrangement of the load on each truck.
