Dalla progettazione CAD alle Commesse, gestione Produzione e consuntivi

PHASE I: DESIGN
Starting from the design in the CAD environment (AutoCAD or Inventor), it is possible to generate all the data necessary for production: material schedules, bills of materials, processing cards, material commitments and where necessary CAM for the machines.
SCT studies the design system currently in use in the company and implements the automatisms that allow you to automatically generate all the necessary documents and transfer them to the management system and to the order and production management module.

PHASE II: ORDER MANAGEMENT
Through the application developed by SCT Informatica and its partners, it is applicable to the sectors of industrial wood packaging, the carpentry sector, mechanical workshops and wherever there is industrialized production. It allows you to manage production and automatically balance machine and man hours.
With job order management it is possible to send one or more customer orders into production, either by importing them from other programs or management programs, or by creating orders manually.
It will be possible to send both projects and articles already codified and registered in the article master data to work.
Production planning is generated from jobs based on machine loads / resources

PHASE III: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Accounts module allows you to detect the daily production of individual machines and man production through the use of Wi-Fi Tablet systems and barcode readers and transmit all information to the central system

PHASE IV: PRODUCTION CONTROL
For each order it will therefore be possible to evaluate the progress of production and the state of processing.
Through the information of orders and production surveys it will be possible, in real time, to compare the current state of progress with what was estimated.
