SCT Informatica with its technological partners designs and manufactures a system consisting of an anthropomorphic robot consisting of a structure with articulated arms with 6 degrees of freedom. The movement of the axes is obtained with brushless motors with absolute encoders for position detection, which do not require zeroing operations.
Mounted on the robot arm there is a gripping device able to take the mechanical parts from the internal hole, immerse them in a washing tank, pass them to the drying station and load the pieces into the warehouse.
The gripping jaws managed by the robot control are designed to avoid damaging the parts themselves.
The magazine is loaded automatically when the blister has been filled.
